The NSW EPA Bin Trim Equipment Rebates Program is now closed and is not accepting new applications
The program previously offered eligible NSW businesses rebates towards approved recycling equipment and technology. Funding under this program should no longer be included when assessing the cost of a new Biofeed installation unless the applicant already has a valid funding agreement with the NSW EPA.
Preparing for NSW Food Waste Requirements
Biofeed continues to help high-volume food waste generators reduce bin collections, improve site hygiene and obtain live food-waste diversion reporting. With NSW’s commercial food-waste separation requirements commencing from 1 July 2026, businesses should still review their current waste volumes and collection arrangements.
